After the first year: Hosting & Care, $149/year

Your first year of hosting is included in the $499. After that, Hosting & Care renews at $149 a year and covers:

• Hosting, SSL and Cloudflare
• WordPress, theme and plugin updates
• Daily backups
• Security monitoring

Content changes and new pages are not part of Hosting & Care; they are billed from credits. You can pay the renewal from your credit balance.

We remind you 30 days before renewal. If it isn't renewed, there is a 14-day grace period, then the site is paused and its data is kept for 30 days. You can ask for a full export of your site at any time, free.

Refunds

The $499 is paid upfront. Before we build, we send a design preview and revise it until you approve it. If you cancel before you approve the design and confirm the build, we refund the full $499. Once the site is built, the $499 is non-refundable.

How credits work

Tell us what you want done. We quote it. You top up your balance, and we deduct from it as each piece of work is delivered. Unused credits stay in your account.

What is not included in $499

• Your domain. Bring one you already own, or search and register one through us. Either way it is in your name.
• Ongoing SEO and content. That is what credits are for.
• Paid plugins or themes you ask for beyond the standard setup.
