Our story
A grill, a room, a late kitchen
Ember opened in 2019 in a former meat-packing warehouse on Fulton Market. The grill came first; the room was built around it.
We serve until 11:30 on weekends because the West Loop eats late, and because steak tastes better after a long day.
Private dining
The Coal Room seats 24 for dinner or 40 standing, with its own bar and a window onto the grill. Set menus from $95 per guest; wine pairings available.
